Description
Lotus Organic Oat Bran is the outer layer of the oat groat, separated and packed on its own. It is the most fibre-dense part of the oat, low in saturated fat, sodium and sugar, and it stirs into porridge, smoothies and baking to lift the fibre of a meal without changing its flavour much. It comes as the 400 g size, barcode 9317127639657, and the 250 g size, barcode 9317127638469. Cook it as a quick porridge on its own, or stir a couple of spoonfuls through rolled oats, a smoothie or a muffin batter without changing how the finished thing tastes.
