Lotus Organic Matcha Powder is premium grade Japanese green tea, stone-finished to a fine bright green powder. Because you drink the whole leaf rather than an infusion, matcha gives a fuller, rounder flavour than steeped green tea, and the same powder folds into pancakes, muffins and bliss balls or works as a natural green colour.
