Lotus Organic Instant Oats are certified organic oat groats that have been dehulled, cut, steamed and rolled into thin flat flakes. Because the flake is thinner, they soften almost immediately in hot liquid, which makes them the quickest of the oat cuts for a weekday breakfast, and they fold easily into muffins, cakes and biscuits. It comes as the 500 g pack, barcode 9317127638926.
