Lotus Organic Coconut Flour is certified organic coconut milled into a fine flour. It is very absorbent, so it behaves quite differently from wheat flour - a little goes a long way and recipes generally need extra liquid - and it is widely used in grain-free and gluten-free baking. It comes as the 500 g pack, barcode 9317127007760.
