Description
Lotus Organic Cocoa Powder is made by grinding certified organic cocoa beans into a liquor, pressing out most of the cocoa butter, then milling the remaining cake to a fine powder. It is unsweetened and single-ingredient, so it carries a straight cocoa flavour into baking, hot chocolate, bliss balls or a dusting over fruit. It comes as the 200 g pack, barcode 9317127640066. Sift it in with the flour rather than stirring it into the wet mix, and it will disperse through a batter without lumping.
