Description
Lotus Organic Brown Rice Flour is milled from organic wholegrain brown rice, so it keeps the bran and the germ rather than just the starchy endosperm. It comes in a 500 g resealable oxygen barrier bag. The flour is fine textured with a mild, slightly nutty flavour, and used on its own it gives baked goods a short, crumbly texture, which is exactly what you want in shortbread.
