Lotus Organic Brown Linseed Meal is certified organic brown flaxseed ground into a meal, so the seed is broken open and easier to use straight from the pack. It is a concentrated plant source of omega-3 fats and dietary fibre and mixes evenly into cereals, muesli, shakes, muffins and breads. It comes as the 450 g pack, barcode 9317127007340.

- Mixed with water and left to stand it gels, the usual swap for an egg in vegan baking.
- 100% certified organic brown flaxseed meal with nothing added.
- A concentrated plant source of omega-3 fats.
- A source of dietary fibre and protein.
- Ground form disperses through batters and cereals without soaking.
