Lotus Organic Wheat Grain is whole, unmilled organic wheat berries in a 500 g resealable pack. Because the grain is intact, it can be cooked whole as a chewy salad base, sprouted, or milled at home for the freshest possible flour. The grain is a hard wheat suited to bread baking.
