Description
Lotus Organic Wheat Bran is the fine outer layer of the organic wheat grain, packed on its own in a 300 g resealable pack. It has a full, nutty flavour and disappears easily into batters and cereals, which makes it a simple way to add bran to food you already make. Stir a couple of tablespoons through a muffin or bread batter, a bowl of muesli or a breakfast cereal, where the nutty flavour comes through but the texture disappears.
