Description
Lotus Organic Rye Flakes are whole rye grains that have been steamed and rolled flat into flakes. Rye has a deeper, earthier flavour than oats and keeps a firm bite after cooking, which makes it a good change of pace in muesli, granola and baking. This is the 250 g resealable pack. Fold them through a muesli or a granola, work them into a bread dough or a biscuit, or cook them as a firmer, earthier porridge than oats will give you.
