Description
Lotus Organic Unstabilised Rolled Oats are raw oats: the kernel is rolled straight after hulling rather than being heat or steam treated first. That is what separates them from the traditional creamy-style oats. Lotus rolls them to a 0.50 mm flake. This is the 750 g resealable pack. Use them in porridge, muffins, slices and Anzac biscuits, or in overnight oats and raw muesli, which is where an unstabilised flake earns its keep; store them cool and sealed, as raw oats do not keep as long.
