Description
Lotus Organic Royal Red Quinoa is a single-ingredient organic red quinoa seed, sold in a 500 g resealable pack. Red quinoa holds its shape and its colour well after cooking, which makes it useful in salads and grain bowls where you want visible texture. It has a mild, nutty flavour and cooks in the same way as white quinoa. Cook it and toss it through a salad or a grain bowl where the red colour and the firmer bite show, or serve it warm as a side in place of rice.
