Lotus Organic Potato Starch is a versatile gluten-free thickening agent made from pure potato starch. Ideal for sauces, soups, stews, and gluten-free baking, this fine white powder delivers reliable thickening power without altering flavour.

Suggested Use
Use as a thickening agent for sauces, gravies, soups, and stews. For baking, combine with gluten-free flours and xanthan gum for best results. Typically, 1 tablespoon thickens 250ml of liquid. Mix with cold water before adding to hot liquids to prevent lumping.

- Potato starch.
- preservative 222 (potassium bisulphite).
Allergens
Contains preservative 222 (sulphite). Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, tree nuts, and sesame. If you have sulphite sensitivity, consult product label carefully or seek alternatives.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Reseal bag tightly after each use to prevent moisture absorption and clumping. Best used within 12 months of opening.
