Lotus Macrobiotic Sea Salt is an unrefined sea salt that is sun dried and hand harvested, so it keeps the trace minerals of the seawater it came from. Both packs are the fine grind: a 500 g pack (barcode 9317127638872) and a 1 kg pack (barcode 9317127639510). It works as an everyday cooking salt and as a finishing salt for salads and vegetables.

- Dissolves readily into a brine for pickling and fermenting.
- 100% sea salt, with nothing else declared on the label.
- Unrefined, sun dried and hand harvested.
