Description
Lotus Lecithin Granules are food-grade lecithin granules made from soya beans. They are used as a natural emulsifier in cooking - to help stabilise emulsions and improve the texture of home-baked breads - and can also be stirred through porridge, cereal or a smoothie bowl. It comes as two pack sizes: a 200 g pack (barcode 9317127061816) and a 450 g pack (barcode 9317127003724).
Product Strengths
- Whisk it into a dressing or a home-made mayonnaise to hold it together.
- Single-ingredient soy lecithin granules, declared on both packs as 100% soy lecithin (322).
- A plant-derived emulsifier for baking, home-made chocolate and nut-milk based frozen desserts.

- Sourced internationally and packed in Australia in a re-sealable pack.
