Lotus Organic Arborio Rice is a certified organic short grain white rice. Arborio releases its starch as it cooks, which is what gives risotto its firm, creamy, faintly chewy texture, and it is the rice of choice for arancini. It comes as the 500 g pack, barcode 9317127639213.
