Twin Zingy Gingerbread Caramel

Loco Love Twin Zingy Gingerbread Caramel is a spiced chocolate sold two pieces to a pack. A chewy plant based ginger caramel is studded with crunchy gingerbread cookie pieces at 24.6% of the bar, enrobed in bittersweet 70% dark chocolate at 48.5% cacao solids overall, and dusted with edible 24k gold. Ginger oil, cinnamon and clove carry the spice. It is dairy free, soy free and made without gluten containing grains, and it is sweetened with coconut blossom sugar and brown rice syrup rather than refined sugar.

The gold dust and the gingerbread put it on the Christmas table, in a stocking or in a hamper; it is also the one to hand over as a small gift when a plain caramel would be too plain.
