Description
Loco Love Salted Caramel Shortbread is an indulgent truffle bar with a chewy caramel and a crumbly shortbread centre, wrapped in a dark chocolate coating and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt. The shortbread makes up 20% of the bar, and it is sweetened with coconut sugar, maple syrup and brown rice syrup, at 25% cacao solids. The twin pack holds two 35 g pieces, 70 g in all, perfect for sharing after a meal or saving one for later.
Keep a pack in the bag or the pantry for an afternoon sweet, for a lunchbox, or for handing around after dinner; at two pieces it splits neatly between two people or across two days.
