Loco Love Zingy Gingerbread Caramel is a single, individually wrapped chocolate. A chewy plant based ginger caramel and crunchy pieces of gingerbread cookie sit inside a 70% dark chocolate shell, with a dusting of edible 24k gold on top. Cacao paste, coconut blossom sugar and cacao butter are the first three ingredients, brown rice syrup and coconut milk powder carry the caramel, and gingerbread cookie makes up 24.6% of the piece. Cacao solids across the whole chocolate come to 48.5%. It is one wrapped piece, so it goes in a lunchbox or a handbag, or on a saucer beside an after dinner coffee.
