Description
Strawberry Vanilla Burst is a single wrapped piece of Loco Love dark chocolate with a chewy strawberry centre. Real strawberry at 6.4% carries the tang, hibiscus powder sharpens it, and vanilla bean rounds it off, all inside a dark shell at 30.7% cacao solids. It eats soft and fruity rather than rich, and there are no nuts in the recipe. The sweetening is organic coconut blossom sugar and organic brown rice syrup rather than refined sugar, and it is made without dairy or gluten.
Have one with an afternoon coffee, keep it in a lunchbox or a handbag, or use it as a small gift.
