Description
Peanut Butter Caramel is a single wrapped piece of Loco Love dark chocolate built around the brand's own crunchy peanut butter and a chewy vegan caramel. Peanuts make up 36.3% of the piece, so it is properly nutty rather than faintly flavoured, and cacao nibs add a dry crunch against the soft caramel. It is salty, buttery and only lightly sweet, at 25% cacao solids, and it carries wild crafted tremella mushroom powder as an ingredient at 1%. The sweetening is organic coconut blossom sugar and organic brown rice syrup, not refined sugar, and there is no dairy or gluten in it.
Eat one with coffee, keep it in a bag or a lunchbox for the afternoon, or hand it over as a small gift.
