Description
Black Cherry Raspberry is a single 35 g Loco Love truffle bar built on a sesame ganache. Sour cherries sweetened with apple juice sit through the centre, freeze dried raspberries are scattered over the outside, and the whole thing is set in the darkest cacao in the range at 57.7% cacao solids. Tahini gives the ganache a smooth, faintly savoury body, and schisandra berry and a drop of black cherry oil carry the tart end of the flavour. The sweetness comes from coconut blossom sugar rather than refined sugar.
It comes individually wrapped in home compostable packaging, so one bar goes into a lunchbox or a handbag, or finishes a meal with coffee for anyone who prefers a tart, dark chocolate over a sweet one.
