Luvio by Loco Love Roasted Hazelnut and Fleur de Sel is a 90 g block of soft truffle filling studded with roasted hazelnut pieces, under a maple sweetened chocolate shell at 55% cacao solids. Hazelnuts at 7.8% give real nutty texture, and a pinch of fleur de sel at 0.3% pulls back the sweetness and sharpens the roasted flavour. Tigernut flour gives the block its creamy body, and it is scored into sections for sharing after dinner or with a coffee.
