Live More You Grey Ironbark Honey is a single floral Australian honey in a 500 g jar. Grey ironbark is a eucalypt, and single floral eucalypt honeys taste quite different from the pale clover and blossom honeys most people start with: darker in the jar, fuller and more savoury on the palate, with a lingering finish rather than a quick sweetness. Single floral means the bees worked one flowering source rather than a mix, which is what gives the honey a consistent character from jar to jar. The honey is cold extracted and lightly filtered to preserve its natural enzymes and flavour. Spread it on sourdough or crumpets, spoon it into a marinade or a glaze for roast vegetables, and keep it for the dishes where you want the honey to be tasted rather than to disappear.
