Live More You Castor Oil Unrefined is cold pressed castor oil in a 200 mL amber glass bottle, with nothing else added. The amber glass matters for an unrefined oil, because it keeps light off the contents between uses. At 200 mL this is the size to reach for if you use castor oil regularly on hair as well as skin, where a roll-on would not go far enough.

How to Use
Apply to skin or hair as needed. For hair, the pack directs you to massage the oil into the scalp and leave it for at least 30 minutes before rinsing. For skin, apply the oil directly or mix it with a carrier oil. Castor oil is noticeably thicker than most cosmetic oils, so blending it with a lighter oil makes it easier to spread over a large area.
