Lifestream Wheat Grass Certified Organic capsules hold 500 mg of wheat grass leaf powder, Triticum aestivum, in a plant based hypromellose shell, the same green leaf powder as the loose powder. The grass is grown outdoors for more than 90 days, cut at the peak of the leaf and flash air dried, and the leaf powder is certified organic by AsureQuality New Zealand. Four capsules deliver the 2 g serve, with 11.0 mg of vitamin C (28% of the recommended daily intake), folate and 18.1 mg of chlorophyll, and none of the grassy taste of a mixed drink.
