Which minerals are in colloidal minerals?
It depends entirely on the brand. The name describes the liquid format, not a set recipe, so one bottle might focus on trace elements and another on electrolytes, and two bottles can hold quite different things. The label tells you what's in yours and how much. If you're after one mineral in particular, you'll often find it sold on its own, as a liquid or a tablet.
Are colloidal minerals better absorbed than tablets?
You'll hear that claim, but the sources we've reviewed don't support it, so we won't make it. What a liquid does offer is convenience. You can mix it into water or juice, and you don't have to swallow anything. If that's why you're looking, it's a good reason.
