Bee Pollen
Golden bee pollen for your breakfast bowl.
This is the pollen bees carry home, dried and sold as it comes. Stir the granules through yoghurt, porridge or a smoothie, or choose capsules if you'd rather not taste it.

Is Bee Pollen right for you?
Common questions
What's the difference between bee pollen granules and capsules?
It's the same thing, packaged two ways. Granules are the loose pollen pellets, so you can see what you're getting and stir them through food. Capsules hold the same pollen in a shell you swallow, which is what people choose when they'd rather not taste it. Neither is a different ingredient, so choose by how you'd like to take it.
Is bee pollen regulated as a medicine in Australia?
We couldn't find bee pollen on Australia's permitted ingredients list (Schedule 1), or a permitted health claim for it. That suggests it's sold as a food rather than a listed medicine, which is how loose granules are usually sold. Australian rules do require any medicine containing pollen to warn that it can cause severe allergic reactions. Bee pollen is also often blended into greens powders, so check what's already in your cupboard before you double up.
