Dunaliella salina is one of nature’s most nutrient dense foods and natural medicines. It is a soft wall phytoplankton, making it very easy to digest, particularly for the elderly. It contains many of the antioxidants commonly found in fruit and vegetables. Dunaliella salina is a natural source of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, polysaccharides, essential fatty acids, chlorophyll and phytonutrients.

Children:
4-6 years: Give 1 capsule, once daily. Open capsule shell and mix content on spoon with honey or yoghurt before administering immediately.
7-8 years: Take 1 capsule once daily, with water
9+ years: Take 1 capsule twice daily, with water. Or as advised by your health practitioner.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Nutrients can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
IMPORTANT NOTE - NEW REDUCED DOSAGE & PACK SIZE: Due to the increased Beta-Carotene content in Algotene II (approximately double), the new recommended dose for Adults is 1 - 2 capsules twice daily. The original Algotene dose was 2-6 capsules daily.
