Inner Health Travel Bug is a single-strain probiotic capsule from the Ethical Nutrients Inner Health range, made by Metagenics in Australia. Each capsule delivers 5 billion CFU of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii), a probiotic yeast, and the bottle is shelf stable so it travels without a cold chain. Mr Vitamins stocks the 20 capsule bottle.

Suggested Use
To reduce the risk of diarrhoea when travelling, adults and children over 3 years: take 1 capsule daily for 5 days before departure and every day while travelling. To relieve diarrhoea, adults: take 2 capsules twice daily. Children from 3 months to 12 years: take 1 capsule twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Infants and children who cannot swallow a capsule should have the contents dissolved in water, breast milk, formula or food.
