Inner Health 3-in-1 Probiotic Gummies are a chewable, berry-flavoured way to take two spore-forming probiotic strains alongside chicory root prebiotic fibre. A two-gummy serve provides 4 billion CFU in total, 2 billion CFU each of Bacillus coagulans SNZ 1969 and Bacillus subtilis DE111, plus 3.92 g of prebiotic fibre from chicory root. They are shelf stable, so no fridge is needed. It comes as the 50 gummy pack, which is 25 adult serves.
