Description
For those living with severe or persistent dry eyes, Hylo-Forte® offers intensive lubrication and hydration in a convenient, preservative-free formula. Each drop delivers sodium hyaluronate 2mg/mL — a naturally occurring substance that helps coat and protect the surface of the eye — in a phosphate-free solution gentle enough for everyday use. Dispensed via the patented COMOD® multi-dose system, Hylo-Forte® is compatible with contact lenses and provides at least 300 sterile drops per bottle.

Ingredients
Sodium hyaluronate 2mg/mL; citric acid anhydrous; sodium citrate; sorbitol; water for injection.
Directions for Use
Instil one drop into each affected eye up to three times daily, or more frequently if required or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Storage
Store below 25°C. Use within 6 months after opening.
Cautions
For external use only. Avoid contact between the bottle tip and the eye or skin. If you need to use Hylo-Forte® more than 10 times per day, consult your healthcare professional.
