Description
Hubner Silicea Ultra One a Day packs silicon dioxide, biotin, manganese, zinc and selenium into a single soft capsule. Each capsule gives 420mg of silicon dioxide alongside 30µg of biotin, 5.5mg of manganese, 14mg of zinc and 70µg of selenium, so one capsule a day, swallowed whole with a glass of water, is all it takes. The pack of 30 soft capsules is a month of daily serves.
