Description
Hubner Silicea Gel is the Original Body Essential Silicea colloidal silica gel: silicon dioxide dispersed in purified water, with 28 mg of silicon dioxide in every mL. The gel format is easy to take, simply measured out and stirred into water or juice. The generous 500 mL bottle holds about 33 adult serves of 15 mL, so one bottle goes a long way.

Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 tablespoon (15 mL by metric measure) diluted in water or juice.
That is 15 mL. An Australian tablespoon holds 20 mL, so measure 15 mL with a metric measure (three 5 mL teaspoons) rather than an Australian tablespoon.
The published directions add: "Do not drink directly from the bottle as this may cause contamination and reduce the effective use-by date."
