Is Brazil Nuts right for you?
Common questions
Are Brazil nuts an allergen?
Yes. Brazil nuts are a tree nut and a declared allergen under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code, so anything containing them has to say so on the label. If you have a tree nut allergy, that includes Brazil nuts. Check nut mixes and muesli too, because they often turn up there.
