Honest to Goodness Organic Supreme 30% Coconut Cream is the brand's richest coconut cream, pressed from organic coconut and nothing else. At 30% fat it is thick enough to set a coconut yoghurt or churn into a dairy-free ice cream, and because there are no emulsifiers in the tin the solids separate from the liquid naturally. Shake well before opening and stir with a spoon to the consistency you want. Supplied in a 400 ml BPA free tin.
