Honest to Goodness Organic Rice Vinegar is the gentlest of the vinegars - a mild tang with a faint natural sweetness that seasons without shouting. It is the pantry staple behind sushi rice, quick pickles and light Asian-style dressings, where a wine vinegar would be too sharp. Supplied in a 500 ml bottle. Warm it with a little sugar and salt to season sushi rice, splash it through a noodle or cucumber salad, or use it as the base of a dipping sauce with soy and ginger.
