Honest to Goodness Organic Red Wine Vinegar is made by naturally fermenting organic red wine. It is bold and full bodied, with the subtle fruit of the wine still showing through and a clean, balanced sharpness - the vinegar to reach for when a dressing or a braise needs depth as well as lift. Nothing is added beyond the wine itself. Supplied in a 500 ml bottle.

- Splash it into a pan to deglaze, into a marinade for red meat, or into a jar of pickles.
- Certified organic, made from naturally fermented organic red wine.
- Single ingredient at 6% acidity.
- Bold, full-bodied flavour with subtle fruity notes.
- No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Suggested Use
