Description
Honest to Goodness Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder is stone-ground from young green tea leaves grown in Kagoshima, Japan. Because the whole leaf is milled rather than steeped and discarded, matcha gives a vivid green colour and a smooth, grassy, faintly sweet flavour that carries through lattes, smoothies, baking and desserts. Whisk about a teaspoon into a splash of hot water first so it disperses without clumping, then top it up with milk for a latte or fold it into a cake batter, an icing or a smoothie.
