Honest to Goodness Organic Coconut Syrup is made by concentrating the nectar tapped from coconut palm blossoms until it thickens into a pourable syrup. The flavour leans savoury and molasses-like with a clear coconut note, so it behaves less like honey and more like a dark sugar syrup. One ingredient, nothing else.
