Honest to Goodness Organic Coconut Sugar is made from the sweet sap of coconut palm blossoms. Unbleached and unrefined, it has a delicious toffee-like flavour with a hint of coconut. Certified organic and minimally processed, it can be used as a 1:1 substitute for regular sugar in baking, desserts, tea and coffee.
