Honest to Goodness Organic Coconut Cream is pressed from the flesh of certified organic coconuts and canned with nothing but water. There are no thickeners, gums, stabilisers or sweeteners in the tin, so it separates naturally and needs a stir or a shake before use. It is the single 400 mL tin, barcode 9339944005026.
