Description
Honest to Goodness Organic Black Chia Seeds are whole, unprocessed seeds from the Salvia hispanica plant. They are mild and slightly nutty, and they swell into a soft gel when soaked, which is what makes them useful in puddings, thickened sauces and as a vegan egg alternative. It comes as the 1 kg and 250 g packs. Stir two tablespoons into a cup of milk and leave it overnight for a chia pudding, or mix one tablespoon with three of water and let it stand to replace an egg in baking.
Product Strengths
- Certified organic black chia seed, a single ingredient.
