Description
Honest to Goodness Organic Balsamic Vinegar is made in Italy from organically grown grapes, blending organic wine vinegar with organic concentrated grape must. The result is dark, syrup-like and sweet-sharp at once, with the rounded acidity that lets balsamic sit as comfortably over strawberries as over a tomato salad. Supplied in a 500 ml bottle. Whisk it into a dressing with olive oil, splash it into a hot pan to lift the sticky bits after roasting, or spoon a little over strawberries, tomatoes or a wedge of parmesan.

- Certified organic, made using traditional Italian fermentation methods.
- Two ingredients only - organic wine vinegar and organic concentrated grape must.
- 6% acidity, with a thick, syrupy pour.
- No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Suggested Use
