Description
Honest to Goodness Epsom Salt is magnesium sulphate heptahydrate in a 5 kg bag, sold for bath and garden use. It takes its name from the bitter saline spring at Epsom in Surrey, England, where the salt was first produced. The crystals dissolve readily in warm water. Two or three handfuls dissolve into a warm bath for a long soak at the end of the day, which is what most of a bag this size is bought for.

Suggested Use
Add 1-2 cups to a warm bath and stir through the water until dissolved, then soak. A few drops of a favourite essential oil can be added. For the garden, dissolve in water and apply as a fertiliser or spray. Confirm serving and directions from product label.
Storage
Store in a sealed airtight container in a cool, dry place.
