Description
Honest to Goodness Organic Australian Ghee is handcrafted in small batches using grass-fed milk from Australian cows. Using traditional methods, the butter is simmered until the milk solids separate, then hand-filtered, leaving a rich, golden clarified butter with a nutty, caramel-like flavour and a high smoke point of 240°C.
Product Strengths
- Certified organic and made from Australian grass-fed butter
- High smoke point of 240°C - ideal for frying, baking and roasting
- Low lactose (milk solids removed)
- No GMO and no added preservatives
- Suitable for paleo and keto diets; does not require refrigeration
Serving Suggestion
Use in place of cooking oil or butter for frying, baking, sauteing and roasting, or stir through curries. A classic addition to bulletproof-style coffee.
