Description
Honest to Goodness Celtic Sea Salt Fine is hand-harvested from the coastal salt marshes of the Guerande peninsula in western France, then sun-dried and milled to a fine grain. It is left unwashed, unrefined and additive-free, and its naturally grey tint comes from the mineral-rich clay of the salt pans. It comes as the 600 g pack.
Product Strengths
- Use it in place of refined table salt, in cooking and at the table.
- Hand-harvested on the salt marshes of Guerande, western France.
- Sun-dried, unwashed and unrefined, with no additives or anti-caking agents.
- Fine grind dissolves quickly, so it blends smoothly into cooking and baking.
- Single-ingredient salt, nothing else added.
