Hilde Hemmes VariCare is a water based medicinal cream carrying a witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana) leaf extract, in a 100 g tamper evident tube. The base is water rather than an oil or a petrolatum, so it absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy film and nothing is left behind on clothing. Rub it into the skin of the legs several times a day, as part of a daily leg care routine.
