Herbs of Gold Bio Curcumin 5400 features Meriva®, a clinically studied phospholipid form of curcumin from turmeric designed for enhanced absorption. Two tablets daily provide 200 mg of Meriva® curcumin, with absorption comparable to 5400 mg of standard curcumin.
