Healthy Care Olive Leaf 3000 is an Australian-made listed medicine supplying a standardised extract of olive leaf, Olea europaea. Each hard capsule contains 500 mg of dry concentrated olive leaf extract, equivalent to a minimum of 3 g of dry olive leaf, and is standardised to deliver 50 mg of oleuropein, the marker compound olive leaf preparations are measured against. Olive leaf has a long record of use in Western herbal medicine, and the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods permits this formulation to be presented for the traditional relief of the symptoms of common colds and flu, sore throat, cough, mild fever and bronchial mucous congestion, as well as for antioxidant, cardiovascular and immune support. This bottle holds 100 hard capsules.
